Cas13 RNA Perturb-seq (CaRPool-seq) is a method for multiplexed combinatorial perturbation screening with multimodal single-cell readout.
CaRPool-seq uses CRISPR array processing Cas proteins (i.e. RfxCas13d) to process polycistronic CRISPR arrays into multiple mature crRNAs alongside a detectable barcode (bcgRNA). You can read more about CaRPool-seq in our recent publication:
